Talent Partnerships Manager (Influencer Marketing)
Job Description
This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do
Build, nurture, and manage relationships with influencers and talent agencies across various markets.
Identify and onboard new creators who align with AWISEE’s client campaigns and brand goals.
Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and pricing with creators and their representatives.
Work closely with campaign managers to match creators with the right projects.
Track campaign deliverables, performance, and maintain ongoing communication with talent.
Stay ahead of creator trends, emerging platforms, and new talent across different niches.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, Tik
Tok, You
Tube, etc. ) and creator ecosystems.Excellent
- building and negotiation skills.Organized, proactive, and
- oriented.Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing international partnerships.
Passion for creators, content, and authentic collaborations.
