Job role

The Transfer Pricing Accountant will strengthen the Accounting Team of the Headquarter Allianz SE and will ensure and set up efficient and compliant workflows to guarantee high quality for the processes within Accounting. Will perform analysis and reporting for internal and external audiences.

What you will do

  • Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD) whici includes Trainings; Provision of TPD questionnaire to the local operating entities and collation of responses; TPD Checks; Documentation of analysis; Support of Global TPD Project
  • Allianz SE Cost Centres (CCs): TPD Checks; Communication with CC owners; Data analysis and assessment; Documentation
  • IP Register Checks: Checking patent register; Extracting information; Communication with OEs; Reporting data
  • Allianz SE Group Charges (GCRP) Support: Spot checks of allocation key data and cost to charge data; True up exercises; Benefit analysis
  • Participation at the preparation of monthly/quarterly and year end closing (IFRS/MVBS) in accordance with the Allianz SE reporting calendars;
  • TP Matrix Tool: Communication with local business units, Cross checks on data transfer from business units to TP Tool; Admin of contracts
  • Updating Intranet; Preparation of financial presentation or calculations; Legal development analysis
  • What you bring

  • Good knowledge of Transfer Pricing Legislation and regulatory reporting;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Good knowledge of cost reporting;
  • University degree in economics, finance or related field;
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills (German or another European language is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting/ controlling
  • Good experience with SAP FI accounting systems;
  • You have

  • Strong analytical, communication and influence skills;
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail with ability to think in processes and ensure deliverables are connected with operating plans;
  • Strong ability to
    - task and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Self-motivated and proven “can do” attitude
