Description

& Requirements Who we are looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ VAT experience, preferably in a multinational environment;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel);

Proficiency command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities;

Ability to plan and organize tasks;

Strong understanding of VAT processes and tax law;

Willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior staff.

Your future role

Lead a fast growing team focusing on indirect tax

Assist multinationals in complying with their indirect tax obligations

Lead engagements
-
- end: managing quality, timelines, and budgets.

Proactively deliver
- adding tax ideas and grow key client relationships.

Identify and convert opportunities for additional tax services.

Coach, mentor, and develop your team.

Approve work prepared by juniors and seniors in order to achieve high quality standards set for the team and assist with the development of their skills & knowledge

Become proficient with technology tools and systems to ensure that your team delivers its work efficiently
