Position Overview
The TBM Geologist is responsible for providing specialized geological and geotechnical expertise to support tunnel construction using a Tunnel Boring Machine. This role requires advanced understanding of subsurface conditions, accurate interpretation of geological features, and continuous coordination with construction and TBM operations to ensure safe, efficient, and technically sound excavation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Geological Assessment & Investigation
- quality geological descriptions, including faults, joints, bedding planes, and folds, which influence excavation methods and support requirements.
