You will handle travel arrangements, expense control, and reimbursements, while managing office supplies and supporting visa applications.

Enter and maintain personnel data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate and monitor schedules, assisting executives and liaising with internal and external partners.

Support personnel matters and create reports, maintaining distribution lists.

Manage mail flow and provide information by handling inquiries.

What You Bring

A completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or similar qualification.

Experience in employee interaction is advantageous.

Proficiency in German and English, with strong MS Office and SAP skills.

Motivation, decisiveness, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Resilience and the ability to act under time pressure, with an interest in technology and mechanical engineering.

Willingness to engage in intercultural collaboration.
