Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop our Bulgarian-speaking Account Management team. In this role, you will lead by example, foster a
- performance culture, and ensure your team exceeds expectations in customer engagement and sales retention.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support your Account Management team to achieve KPIs and ensure
  - tier client experience
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive improvements
• Support your team with complex client situations and escalations
• Collaborate
  - functionally with the other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Train, coach, and continuously develop team members in product knowledge, communication, and client handling

Qualifications

• Fluent Bulgarian speaker (C1-C2 level), with strong English skills (B2+)
• Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles
• Strong customer focus,
  - oriented mindset, and
  - on attitude
• Analytical thinking with experience working with KPIs and performance reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Interest or background in the automotive industry
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc. )
