About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for a Gaming Integrity, Fraud & Risk Department to oversee daily operations, guide a
- performing team, and ensure
-
- class risk management practices. This is a leadership role where you will balance operational oversight with coaching,
- solving, and
- time
- making in a dynamic,
- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily team operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Oversee monitoring of transactions, behaviors, and activity patterns to detect fraud or risk indicators.
• Validate and analyze risk reports, ensuring actionable insights and accuracy.
• Manage escalations during shifts, supporting quick and effective decisions in complex cases.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Partner with management to improve workflows, tools, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to performance evaluations and incentive programs.

Required Skills

• Native or fluent English (C1), excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or fraud prevention, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and operational risk practices.
• Proven leadership skills in
  - pressure,
  - paced environments.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving abilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with KPIs, performance management, and incentive structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization is a plus.
