Job Title: Tech Lead Data Engineer Working method: Hybrid Mission:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using Py
  Spark within the Hadoop (Cloudera) ecosystem.

• Perform data modeling to enable efficient processing and analytics.

• Build and maintain Python and Unix shell scripts for automation and data handling.

• Manage real-time data streaming with Kafka (produce/consume via topics).

• Oversee the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, JFrog, Ansible) to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows and deployments for high performance and availability.

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.

• Contribute to workshops and
  - functional meetings to define and implement new data use cases.
• Define new analytical use cases, identifying and transforming relevant data for reporting.
• Take an active role in Agile ceremonies (daily
  - ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Conduct training sessions and ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Py
  Spark, Python, and Unix scripting.

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, JFrog, Ansible), and data modeling.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and training.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and usability.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Fluent in English (French is a plus, not mandatory).

• Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and data storytelling best practices.
