Requirements and responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and BI/Analytics reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, ETL mappings, and reporting specifications.
• Work closely with Data Engineers and ETL developers to ensure data pipelines meet business expectations.
• Validate data transformations, conduct data quality checks, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support design and optimization of SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Ensure BI and reporting solutions align with best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Retail Banking processes and reporting requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, architecture, and design patterns.
• Proven experience in the Retail Banking domain.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation best practices.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
View).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and data requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or analytics projects.
