Commerce consultants in relation with our clients and our development team. (S)he is the owner of the project scope throughout the entire lifecycle of the project guiding the client towards e
Commerce best practices, from eliciting the business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, detailing the functional specifications and acceptance criteria, supporting the development team relating scope, managing the scope changes, providing training and helping the transition to support.
Responsibilities:
-Perform research relating client’s business to understand his customers and his competition
-Identify project main stakeholders and perform stakeholder analysis
-Planning and eliciting business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
-Translate business requirements into functional and
- functional requirements and acceptance criteria (we use “user stories” as the format)
-Liaises with client, technical architect and project manager to ensure consistency between business requirements and solution design
-Review visual design / mockups / wireframes to ensure consistency with requirements and solution design
-Document workflows, activity diagrams, state diagrams
-Collaborate with testers to ensure testing strategy is covering all aspects of solution design and decide together with the client on the scope of automatization
-Create project backlog, help on prioritizing and planning the requirements
-Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the solution covers all functional and
- functional requirements and that the team is following the project vision
-Liaises with client, technical architect and project manager to ensure risks and issues are mitigated and scope changes are managed
-Ensure traceability and consistency between implemented features, project backlog, functional specification,
- functional specification and business requirements
-Provide training to client for implemented functionalities
-Offers supports during UAT, MAT and Go Live stages
Required Technical Skills and Experience
-More than 2 years of experience in a BA or similar role, eliciting requirements, documenting and managing scope
-Very strong consultative and advisory skills
-Experience with Adobe Commerce is a must
-Excellent stakeholders’ communication management, time-management, attention to detail and very strong
- tasking skills are required to be successful in this role
-Highly organized, analytical, flexible and open to alternatives
-Autonomous,
- motivated, proactive, quality driven, team player
-Strong

-Experience in e
