As a Senior Dev
Ops Engineer EUC within the Be
CSE Modern Workplace team, you contribute directly by working in close collaboration with the local brand teams from Be
CSE to enable business value. You will make impact by innovating, designing, developing, and supporting new and/or existing high quality business functionality for Ahold Delhaize Modern Workplace solutions in the Be
CSE region.
In this role, you will play a key role in assisting the Regional IT Manager Modern Workplace in shaping the workplace of the future. Together with your colleagues you will propose/implement solutions & roadmaps staying at the front of the technology to deliver employee experiences on a par with best experiences to increase business productivity and engagement.
As Senior engineer you are the natural
- to person in your domain, both from within as outside the team. You show leadership when needed, preferred by being the example. You have a clear vision on technology for your products, thereby a guiding role for the team.
Key responsibilities of your role.
- Have the overview on a project or initiative from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders (Architects, Frontend, etc. ) to maintain a high bar for quality in a
- paced and iterative environment. - Lead and give technical direction to the team, aligning technical direction when needed with other teams.
- Be responsible for the technical implementation of developments and management by Dev

Ops Platform Engineers for a product/app. - Design business technology solutions for subsystems, required interfaces, and integrations.
- Create standards and guidelines for agile teams and participate in these teams for development and technical support.
- Define and coordinate necessary technical tasks for both applications and interfaces.
- Shape and lead solutions IT architectures around modern workplace solutions, driving down the total cost of ownership (TCO) whilst meeting business capability requirements.
- Translate and document business use cases into designs and successful project implementation approaches.
- Ensure designs adhere to architectural roadmaps and the modern workplace strategy.
- Coach and lead developers/analysts in the implementation of workplace solutions.
- Engage with software and hardware vendors to address complex issues and develop strategic roadmaps (establish strong partnerships).
- Proactively conduct research and recommend changes to provide additional business capabilities with a clear business case in collaboration with our business partners.
- Assist colleagues in resolving complex technical problems (3rd level support) when needed.

Requirements.
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:
- A track record of several years architecting/participating in complex End User Computing solutions in international environments/multinationals.
- Very deep experience in EUC/Workspace platforms: On-Prem AD/Azure Active Directory Networking platforms, Imaging, Packaging, Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Workspace One/Airwatch.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration is a big added value.
- Working experience in Dev

Ops tools/tech: Github, Azure Devops, CI/CD pipelines. - Several years of experience in EUC & Workspace projects F. e. major Windows Upgrades in large EUC landscapes/ EUC conversion projects from
- prem to Cloud (SCCM to Intune)/ Citrix upgrades & migrations to Azure. - Design/Deliver/Automate/Script/Program modules for related Azure Services (f. e. to manage solutions supporting AVD host pools).
- Drilled to the agile way of work & tools/methodology (JIRA, SCRUM, …)
