Euronet is looking for a technical professional to join our Operations team as a 2nd level support specialist within our e
Pay business segment (e
Pay website).

This role involves investigating payment transaction incidents in Romania, troubleshooting issues, and escalating cases to 3rd level support when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate reports from databases
Investigate issues (error analysis, database queries, and trace analysis)
Handle technical errors related to PIN codes (PIN issuance, redemption, usage checks, and cancellations)
Accurately document incident causes, resolve issues, or escalate them to the development team with clear descriptors
Ensure timely
- ups on incidents, requesting updates when needed
Regularly report work status to the Support Manager, providing dashboards and incident categorization in line with Support guidelines

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory
A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in a technical field is a plus
Fluent English
Proficiency in the MS Office suite
Prior experience in a Technical Helpdesk Support role is preferred
Experience in Electronic Payments, Financial Services, Telecom, or a related industry is a plus
Must have the legal right to work in the EU
