About the Role:

We're looking for a Technical Product Owner with a solid technical background in backend systems and a clear understanding of modern software architecture.

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers and architects to translate complex technical requirements into structured deliverables, manage and prioritize the team backlog, and support the delivery of
- quality features. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirement Translation: Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers to capture and translate technical concepts into clear Epics and User Stories.
• Backlog Management: Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with team capacity and strategic priorities.
• Sprint Planning & Execution: Lead Sprint Planning sessions and actively support the team during execution, ensuring alignment on scope and priorities.
• Acceptance & Quality: Define and verify the Definition of Done for features, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet functional and
  - functional requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations, communicating progress, and managing dependencies.
• Release Planning: Plan and coordinate releases in close collaboration with Production
  Team/Dev
  Ops and QA, ensuring smooth rollouts in a modern CI/CD pipeline.
• Process & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and team collaboration, leveraging your technical background and product mindset.

Must-have skills and experience:

• Technical Background: Solid understanding of backend development and system architecture – ideally with experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice principles.
• Authentication & Authorization: Familiarity with modern Auth
  N/Z concepts (e. g. , OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, IAM platforms) for B2B and B2C applications.
• Cloud & CI/CD: Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with modern CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Product Ownership: Hands-on experience as a Product Owner in agile teams (preferably Scrum), including backlog grooming, user story writing, and stakeholder communication.
• Soft Skills:

    - technical contexts.
  • Highly structured, proactive, and organized approach to work.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

    - oriented with a servant leadership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA), Keycloak, or other modern Auth
  Z tools.
• Familiarity with legacy migration strategies (e. g. , Strangler Fig pattern).
• Understanding of Test Automation (e. g. , JUnit, Postman, contract testing).
• Previous developer or architect experience.
