Make Your Mark:
The Technical Project Manager works with customers, partners and the Black
Line Implementation Team to drive small to medium projects to successful go live. The role is responsible for managing the relationship with the customer and partner teams throughout the engagement and is the main

- contact between customer/partner and Black
Line teams. They are also able to implement Black
Line’s Financial Close modules including Smart Close and FRA for these Customers, acting effectively as an Implementation Consultant and a Project Manager for Projects.
You'll Get To:
- Manage multiple customers, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for both customers and Black
Line. - Create plans for projects complete with budgetary information and resource needs.
- Outline project success criteria and communicate them to all stakeholders.
- Provide status reporting across leadership regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Track and report project financials against estimate; Forecast project effort, escalate and resolve financial issues as they arise.
- Manage project scope, timeline and budget changes.
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risk
- Act as the escalation point when issues arise with the customer or partner on engagements.
- Reinforce appropriate implementation practices, templates, policies, and tools to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Identify ways to upsell or
- sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness. - Complete other projects duties as assigned.
- Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with general direction and standard implementation procedures.
- Coaches and consults with clients to advocate the features and functionality of Black
Line products during configuration in order to obtain
- in and user adoption. - Trains and advises clients to properly use appropriate products to best fit their individual needs based on best practices and use cases.
- Offers recommendations for improving system performance gaps and system options to increase efficiencies and achieve best practice standards.
- Produce Design documentation for Products within scope in line with Black
Line implementation best practice.

Education: BA/BS
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
Other:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
