Position Description:

As a Technical Specialist, you’ll ensure the reliability and smooth operation of the project.

You bring a strong technical foundation, adaptability, and a
- oriented mindset to tackle diverse technical challenges.

This role demands a solid and flexible technical background, paired with curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, to effectively address a wide variety of technical challenges.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and navigate Linux/Unix terminals for daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and maintain Bash scripts to automate operational and system maintenance tasks.

• Execute and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and ensure the integrity of data.

• Configure and maintain SFTP connections for secure and reliable file transfers.

• Provide technical support and issue resolution within the Retail Suite ecosystem.

• Perform independent investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure system stability, alignment, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Linux/Unix systems: confident in terminal navigation and
- line operations.

• Bash scripting: proven ability to create, debug, and maintain automation scripts.

• SQL: proficient in writing and executing queries for data validation and extraction.

• SFTP: experience configuring and maintaining secure file transfer connections.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Apache Server and Tomcat setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and understand code in PHP or Java for issue tracing.

• Familiarity with awk/sed and similar tools for log parsing and automation tasks.

• Preferred / Contextual Skills (CRFRO Environment)

• Basic knowledge of Ansible for reading playbooks and simple automation tasks.

• Experience with Git version control for branching, committing, and merging.

• Ability to read and adapt Python scripts for operational use.

• Understanding of CFT (file transfer) configuration and monitoring.

• Advanced proficiency in English, demonstrated through clear, precise communication in both technical and multicultural contexts.
