- Advenced in both written and spoken English (B2/C1 Level);
- Highschool degree;
- Good PC skills: Word and Excel;
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsabilitati
- In your role as Customer Service Representatives, you will be handling incoming requests through chat/emails and providing the best possible service to our customers;
- Finalize each call /instance through a resolution;
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team /department goals.
