We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in the Dental CAD/CAM industry. This role is ideal for engineers who have
- on experience with dental CAD/CAM systems, software, and equipment, and are passionate about supporting customers with technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for CAD/CAM systems, including CAM software (Millbox, Work
  NC, Hyperdent), CNC, milling machines, and metal laser sintering 3D printers used in dental labs and clinics
• Train clients on the use and optimization of dental CAD/CAM workflows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and improve product reliability
• Maintain documentation of support cases, solutions, and training materials
• Act as a technical advisor to sales teams during

• Stay current with the latest developments in digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology
