Technical Support Manager (Security Europe)
You will report directly to our Director of Technical Support for Europe and you will work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Senior Manager - Technical Support here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to guide and manage the technical support team for the Security business in Europe. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and effective resolution of technical issues, providing expert guidance and facilitation to our customers. You will own the performance of the tech support Security Europe organization. This is a key leadership position where you will have a direct impact on the success of our technical support organization, customer satisfaction, and the growth of the business. In this role, you will be accountable for guiding a team of technical support professionals, driving the optimization of technical support operations, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.Honeywell Building Automation (BA) is a leading global provider of products, software, solutions, and technologies that enable building owners and occupants to ensure their facilities are safe, energy efficient, sustainable, and productive.
