About the role

Manage a portfolio of customers, in a designated area, providing support and ensuring effective

communication to facilitate the execution of the sales plan.

Key responsibilities

Systematically screen customer base for new opportunities, communicates relevant information

to the team responsible to generate leads and maintain pipeline.

Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/target.

Provide appropriate and agreed level of contact, service and support to ensure sales target are

met.

Monitor sales against agreed targets and objectives on a regular basis to ensure they are met,

and where necessary, the need for remedial identified actions, reported and implemented.

Manage sales support activities in designated area, ensuring effective collaboration with the

sales team.

Collects, report and analyses the customer feedback / information on present as well as future

market trends in the context of possible further market penetration.

Job requirements

University educated or relevant education on college/university level.

Knowledge and experience in chemical industry or other B2B industrial environment.

5 – 7 years of work experience in commercial/technical support roles.

Native Romanian language and very good English (oral and written).

Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP, ERS) systems.

Strong results orientation, very good communication skills and team work.
