In order to develop our company we look for: TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST As Junior Technical Support Specialist you will be a part of our IT Technical Support Team based in Krakow which is responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure for Poland and Germany. You will be responsible for supporting Senior Team Members in solving technical problems related to software, hardware and other technical tools. In particular, the successful candidate will:Supporting the development environment, Maintaining of the ICT infrastructure in the office, Solving problems related to the company's products and services, Researching and solving user problems related to computer software and hardware, Creating technical documentation, e. g. user manuals, Error analysis to find solutions to problems and improve the performance of products or services, Maintaining records of hardware and software, Support for electronic reporting systems. Desired Skills & Experience:At least 1 year of experience on a similar position, Technical degree (electronics, computer science, physics, mathematics), Fluent knowledge of the English and Polish language, Experience in maintaining Windows Server, Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol - the ability to diagnose and solve network configuration problems, Basic knowledge of Linux servers based on Ubuntu, Basic knowledge of virtualization technology (VMware), CCNA (nice to have).
