Position: Tendering Specialist (Hybrid/remote)

Location: Warsaw

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Tendering Specialist to join our team and support a variety of software opportunities within our asset management portfolio. The role is based in one of ESS’s European offices, with a preference for a hybrid remote/office working arrangement. However, for the right candidate, remote work from a location within a compatible time zone may be considered.

Your Role

As a Tendering Specialist, reporting to the Tendering Manager – Europe, you will be a vital part of our dynamic and enthusiastic team. You will collaborate closely with Sales Account Managers and other key stakeholders to support the entire tendering process, from receipt to the delivery of
- quality, compliant, and commercially sound bids.
