We are looking for a French-speaking Testing Engineer to join our partner team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for both manual and automation testing tasks, contributing to the delivery of
- quality features.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product testing strategy.

• Design, write, and execute validation test plans for features in scope.

• Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria for user stories and features, and write associated acceptance scenarios.

• Lead and implement the test automation strategy.

• Maintain the test repository and ensure its quality and consistency.

• Track test progress, report anomalies, and provide test evidence.

• Contribute to test reports and meeting minutes.

• Drive
  - related testing activities.

• Collaborate closely with testers in Tribe Squads, Product Managers, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and IT Leads.

• Work with the Center of Expertise to enhance testing practices.

Requirements

Must-have skills:

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Hands-on experience with testing tools and processes (manual and automated).

• Proficiency with Postman (REST requests) and Soap
  UI.

• Experience with JIRA (tracking anomalies, backlog, user stories).

• Familiarity with Spring Tool Suite 4 (IDE for automation) and Cucumber (BDD with Gherkin syntax).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, developers, and POs.

• Ability to lead, take decisions, and coordinate testing activities.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Languages:

• French: Advanced level, written and spoken.

• English: Professional working proficiency.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification.

• Previous experience on banking projects.
