Leading a team of Portfolio Analyst/Specialist/Mangers, responsible for providing support and/or offer direction to various portfolios within Vodafone Group. Developing a
- performing team, including recruitment, coaching, and mentoring team members. Monitoring team performance and managing continuous improvement projects aimed at simplifying and automating processes, as well as defining and reporting KPIs. Delivering operational activities aligned with the role of a Lean Portfolio Analyst/Specialist/Manager.
