- end="230">Technical university degree (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Technology, etc. );
- end="230">Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding and tooling;
- end="230">Strong CAD design skills (Solid
Works, CATIA, Auto
CAD, etc. );
- end="230">Experience in the design and maintenance of plastic injection molds;
- end="230">Solid knowledge of plastic materials and injection molding processes;
- end="230">Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems;
- end="230">Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- end="694">Your responsibilities:
- end="759">Provide technical support for the mold maintenance department;
- end="759">Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to tools and molds;
- end="759">Propose technical solutions to increase efficiency and reduce scrap rates;
- end="759">Design and implement improvement solutions for existing molds;
- end="759">Participate in technical meetings and evaluate new tooling projects;
- end="759">Offer technical support to the sales team during the acquisition of new tools;
- end="759">Establish technical specifications and requirements for tooling purchases;
- end="759">Collaborate with mold suppliers and internal departments;
- end="759">Participate in the launch of new products or production series;
- end="759">Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures within the tooling process.
