Trainee Workday Consultant
SQL (nice to have) As a Trainee Workday Consultant (HCM/Financials) in Kainos, you will be responsible for supporting the successful specification, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of
- scale Workday solutions ( https://www.kainosworksmart.com ). You will be responsible for quickly defining problems and customer needs, and then proposing appropriate solutions and their implementation. This role gives great independence in designing solutions and a variety of tasks. Remote contact with the client allows for quick communication and the possibility of dynamic project development.
You must have a keen interest in developing a career in consulting, and depending on your skills and experience to date, you may be suited to work in one or more of the following areas – Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financials.
HCM – Partner with our clients HR team to review existing processes such as how they conduct performance reviews, then design and build an appropriate solution to support their team and that process within Workday.
Financials – Work alongside our clients Finance team to help assess their current processes such as their

- end contracts process and then design and build an appropriate solution to support their team and that process within Workday.

This is a hybrid opportunity, which means that you may be required to visit our office in Gdansk at least twice per week.
Your onboarding: You will spend the first months in your new role on intensive specialized training, covering both technical issues and those related to your personal development (presentation skills, cooperation with the client, fluent communication). You will work with a mentor who will individually introduce you to the specifics of your work so that after this time you're ready to begin your project. Your development:
