The Chief Security Office (CSO) Chief Technology Office (CTO) Identity & Access (I&A) function is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity and access management capabilities across the organization. As part of our major modernization agenda, the function transforms its foundational platform to enable
- generation security, operational agility, and regulatory compliance.
As Transformation Director for Identity & Access, you will lead the comprehensive transformation of the I&A platform. Your remit will be to manage strategic migration to modern,
- native solutions, ensuring seamless integration with emerging technologies, and positioning the organization to meet evolving security threats, regulatory standards, and operational complexities. This role will require you to manage a diverse global team within a matrixed environment, orchestrate a dynamic and challenging vendor landscape, and deliver against ambitious transformation milestones.
