Job Description

• Confirms to customers and suppliers, based on demand, transport capacity;
• Responsible for the management of the shipping process: plans, organizes and controls the activities related to transport;
• Exchange of information with production planning to optimize the transport plan;
• Transport development processes (EDL etc);
• Provides emergency transport (special transport, express courier);
• Finding the optimal solutions for transport and communicating the chosen solutions to customers;
• Organizes the transports in the best conditions, respecting the quality and terms required by the company's standards;
• Ensures and prepares all the necessary documents and obtains all the documents for the legal circulation on public roads;
• Enter in the SAP computer system all the information regarding the contracted transports;
• Prepares correctly the transport orders, as well as the
  - unloading instructions, including their delivery to the carrier;

• University degree;
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written);
• Microsoft Office package knowledge;
• Result oriented competences and attributes;
• SAP knowledge's is an advantage.
