C is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.

Our Managed Services, based in Bucharest, provides an exceptional service for one of our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join the
- growing team.

In this role you would be working to support our big client with treasury and receivables accountingservices. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial operations.

What you will be doing

Posting and verifying financial transactions.

Ensuring that all payments are monitored and recorded accurately.

Support in the payment process for suppliers, managing files, uploading bank statements, and performing reconciliations.

Prepare payment proposals from the system and check for errors prior to execution.

Working with specific technical tools for finance: the most important is SAP.

Collaborate with the Treasury Manager to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payment processes.

Generate payment batch files for manual payments and upload them to the banking system.

Upload bank statements into the system and perform an automatic clearing process, intervening manually if payments to suppliers are not executed.

Record commissions and interest in the accounting system.

Provide support for receivables, ensuring effective allocation of collections and management of email communications with clients and suppliers.

Work with the finance team to address inquiries and issues related to payments, receivables and reconciliation.

What we need from you

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field.

At least 3years of experience in a finance position.

Knowledge of accounting systems and payment procedures.

Fluent in English.

SAP knowledge.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both in speaking and writing.

Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting.

Strong attention to detail, precision & analytical skills.

Detail-oriented mindset.
