Corporate Treasury is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to support our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency through automation, AI, and our internal AI tool driven improvements. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, international finance environment while applying and developing skills in IT, automation, and process optimization.

In this role, you will work closely with members of the treasury team to identify potential areas within our processes and procedures where automation, artificial intelligence, and digital tools can bring meaningful improvements. Responsibilities will include analyzing existing workflows, gathering requirements, proposing automation solutions, and supporting the implementation of these solutions. The focus will be on streamlining data collection from various sources, standardizing data storage, and processing information in a way that enhances the treasury function’s overall effectiveness and
- making capabilities.

While prior
- specific knowledge is not a requirement, the position is particularly
- suited for candidates with a background or strong interest in IT, data processing, and automation technologies. Ideal candidates will be curious,
- oriented, and eager to explore how technology can improve business processes within a corporate treasury context.

You will primarily work alongside the Cluj-based treasury team, gaining insight into

- day treasury operations and digital initiatives. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with treasury colleagues from our global teams based in the United States, Hong Kong, and other locations, as well as with
- functional business partners where needed.

- world business challenges, the chance to contribute to meaningful automation projects, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the treasury team to identify use cases for automation and AI enhancements.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Design, propose, and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the development of consistent data management processes.
• Engage with global treasury colleagues and other relevant stakeholders as required.
