Job role

Utilize the experience of working within the Allianz test teams and professional testing qualifications to actively act as a binder between test rooms in terms of process improvement and innovation.

What you will do

• Run functional tests/ Manual Non-Regression tests/E2E tests of applications of a specific business domain
• Contribute to the drafting of Test Cases, when the Test Leader consider it necessary/possible
• Run the assigned test cases following the defined test script
• Describe in detail the test case outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Ensure that the test results are correctly loaded on the tool used (TFS or JIRA)
• Identify borderline situation that may lead to a different test result
  Report to the Test Leader possible improvements to test cases
• Inform the Test Leader of any deviations between the test script and the behavior of the software so that the test can be modified
• Ensure the necessary information to the Test Leader in order to monitor activities
• Identifies and drives optimization and standardization to all test rooms
• Liaises with other test rooms and fosters good relationships, offering guidance to the involved testing resources
• Controls the relevant work instructions and procedures to be up to date
• Coordination of meetings with different test rooms
• Solve escalation topics with the help of dedicated teams

  - hoc analysis

What you bring

• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage
• Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable
• Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy
• Fluently in English language (written and spoken)
• Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory
• Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization.
