Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and enhance existing designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• French level: B2
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
