Upstream Marketing Leader for SH-TAVI in Eur
Asia offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic marketing for TAVI in a
- evolving cardiovascular landscape. You will drive portfolio strategy, market access, and new product launches while collaborating with global and regional teams. The position involves a mix of
- based planning and field engagement, with targeted travel to key markets to support execution and stakeholder alignment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a
- functional environment and is passionate about delivering.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Spearhead the development and execution of
- term portfolio strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.

Formulate comprehensive marketing strategic plans anticipating customer needs, competitive shifts, and technological advancements.

Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and opportunities, shaping portfolio priorities accordingly.

Direct
- functional new product launch readiness and execution across global, regional, and local teams

Define and execute pricing strategies to optimize market access, competitiveness, and profitability.

Design and implement
- centric programs to enhance value propositions and drive differentiation.

Collaborate closely with downstream marketing teams across
- regions to gain insights into market needs and jointly develop solutions that address those demands effectively.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, healthcare management, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive medical devices experience in sales, marketing, market development or training and education

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with global and
- functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in navigating matrix organizations and driving alignment across regions and functions.
