Summary:

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher with 6-8 years of experience for our division in Bucharest, Romania, for a 6 plus month contract. The ideal candidate can independently manage
-
- end research projects in a
- paced environment, has extensive experience with SAAS Products, and possess a strong background in both B2C and B2B domains. Your role will be pivotal in designing, conducting, and sharing research that influences product decisions directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage
-
- end research projects from problem framing to communicating findings.

Design and conduct both tactical and strategic research impacting product development.

Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for the product team.

Experience working in both B2C and B2B environments, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities each presents.

Conduct quantitative analysis to support research findings and product strategies.

Must-have Skills:

Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative user research methods.

Ability to work independently in a
- paced environment.

Experience with
- level SAAS products.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in SAAS Product environment, with exposure to both B2C & B2B domains.
