We are seeking for extraordinary Production Coordinators to join us!

You will be part of a small & creative team crafting advertising projects, music videos, and photo shoots. We transform any brief into reality, no matter how unexpected or unconventional.

As a Production Coordinator, you have to make sure that every detail is thought through, every schedule is on point, and every shoot day is set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with directors, producers, and creatives to support all phases of production, from pre to post.
• Coordinating logistics for shoots, including booking crew, equipment, talent, locations, and travel.
• Preparing production schedules, and travel / transport sheets.
• Being on set, supporting the production team and troubleshooting in real time.

Who You Are

• You’re incredibly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• You’ve got excellent communication skills and know how to manage expectations with calm and clarity.
• You’re a multitasker who can pivot on a dime when plans shift (and they will).
• You understand the rhythm of production life and love seeing an idea come to life on screen or in print.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in production (agency, studio, or freelance).
• Knowledge of production logistics, file formats, and creative workflows.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• A love for storytelling, creative problem-solving, and bringing big ideas to life.
