Wet Stock Management Analyst ( on shift rotation 24/7)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking Wet Stock Management Analysts to provide 1st line support to Gilbarco Veeder-Root's EMEA customers enrolled in Wet Stock Management Services. These would be Forecourt Operators and the Wet Stock being fuel. The Analyst will identify, investigate,
- out and or provide solutions to system generated Alarms and customer reported incidents. Responsibilities include and not limited to technical support involving
- site engineers, assist with investigations, closed loop data as well as and playing a pivotal supporting role to the service account manager in providing monthly statistical reporting information and customer requested data.
We are looking for 24/7 coverage and as such shifts will be 1400-2200 and 2200-0600 and will be remotely based. Although travel to Bucharest for training is required.
