Job Type – Hybrid:

Since we are working with different hardware PCs and different BIOS and network configurations, the work will be performed hybrid and necessitates a presence of 4
- site working days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Create a Windows OS image as baseline image, with the last BIOS updates, necessary drivers, applications, windows updates and with different Windows settings;
• Work with Clonezilla Live image distribution;
• Work with Sys
  Prep and other OS imaging techniques for Microsoft technologies;
• Prepare and configure OS baseline images to be able to replicate, test and deliver large number of OS Images to customers;
• Install, configure and test updates for baseline OS images;
• Create, test and release custom OS images based on our customer requirements;
• Investigate and resolve complex hardware & software issues on various computer systems related to the OS;
• Provide technical assistance on a wide range of computers related to OS and HW configuration;
• Create Windows scripts and implements various automations to deliver the expected results;
• Implement information security controls to harden the OS images;

• Network troubleshooting and diagnostics;

• Manage local infrastructure and support Work from Home for our colleagues.

Desired skills:

• 5+ years of experience working in Microsoft OS environments;
• Experienced in deploying OS installation via scripted, unattended methods like Sys
  Prep;
• Knowing for which scope is designed Sys
  Prep and why this tool must be used before capturing a baseline Windows configuration;
• Experience troubleshooting issues with various Windows Operating Systems from Windows 8. 1 IOT to Windows 11 IOT;
• Experience working with Windows group policy, registry and batch files;
• Experience working with local and Azure Active Directory (aka Microsoft Entra ID);
• Experience in understanding different type of Windows logs, like application logs or system messages, errors, information messages, and warnings;
• Experience in preparing an identical installation image for distribution to hundreds of PCs using the same hardware configuration or model;
• Ability to work under stressful conditions where we might have periods with big workload with more OS images to release in a shorter timespan;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Any Microsoft certification relevant to the job responsibilities;
• Any scripting or programming experience;
• Knowledge of DHCP and DNS’s role in network topology;
• Network experience in Windows Environments;
• Understanding of Windows based web servers (Apache, IIS);
• Interacts and communicates effectively with various groups and individuals;
• Ability to provide basic end user support in an enterprise environment;
• Ability to react calmly and quickly in emergency situations;
• Operate with integrity, follow through on commitments, and maintain a
  - do attitude;
• Willing to learn and ask questions to improve the knowledge.
