- time Work Package Controlling Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply on what will become your continuously developing expertise in a new
- edge field. You will prepare the required financial information/reporting about the project /site based on the FPM and Site Controllers requests and ensures a smooth and timeline invoicing/recharge process.

We’ll look to you for:

Performing statistical reporting on order intake and sales figures for internal and external customers, ensuring values are declared to the DE Statistical Institute each month;

Preparing invoice documentation and issuing invoices;

Managing the recharge process and expat invoicing;

Preparing actual reports for various projects to support the Project Controller;

Extracting and consolidating receivables reports for various contracts in scope;

Handling master data queries related to site and project;

Managing Hub Charges activities;

Handling cost transfer requests between sites;

Creating project structures in the system based on FPM instructions;

Preparing bids reporting for reclass and bids reporting for various projects;

Preparing expense summary reports at site level;

Consolidating overtime reports per cost center at site level;

Performing monthly analysis on the rebooking of costs to Services/ROS;

Preparing
- conformity cost reports;

Managing accruals in the system and workflow tool as per site controlling instructions;

Checking purchase order accuracy for various contracts as per FPM request;

Supporting audits;

Handling ad hoc requests.

All about you

Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related);

3-4 years experience in Finance/ Accounting processes and systems;

Good level of Excel and Power
Point, knowledge of SAP is a plus;

Fluent in English;

Strong general business understanding and experience in complex
- national organization;

Communication & Teamwork inside and outside GFC;

Strong time management and organizational ability;

Good stress management during critical times;

Attention to Detail / Task Oriented Mindset;

Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus;

Another European language would be a plus;

Tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI, Teranga, Qlikview, Polaris, Power Automate, Power Query).
