Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR Systems Implementation Consultant to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based in Romania.

Your mission will be to assist clients in the implementation and support of the Workday solution. You will participate in transformation projects towards the Workday management solution and provide support and maintenance services for this platform for our clients.

Within the Digital Transformation department, the mission is to accompany transformation and innovation to enable clients to mobilize their talents, achieve rapid results, and build agile organizations supported by modern technologies.

We will count on you to:

Assist in functional or technical streams within Workday HCM or Workday Finance deployment projects.

Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommending best practices to meet client requirements.

Support the construction of different prototypes.

Describe processes and touch points.

Assist clients in data migration activities to Workday.

Help define test strategies and test plans.

Support the Production cutover Plan and related activities.

Understand and apply Workday methodologies.

Keep the Project Manager informed of updates on the overall project status.

Collaborate with teams on and offshore: supervising, advising, and optimizing their performance.

What you need to have:

1-2 years of experience in a similar implementation role.

Basic functional knowledge in HR and/or Finance in one or more
- domains.

Ability to understand client needs and processes and translate them operationally through the Workday solution.

Strong customer orientation, quick learning ability, excellent communication, synthesis skills, rigor, creativity, and ability to work in a team and remotely.

Fluent in English and French OR German.

Excellent communication skills in Romanian are required.
