Create Visualizations, Dashboards, and Reports - develop interactive and
- friendly visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present data insights effectively

Develop and Maintain BI Solutions - design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support

Ensure Data Accuracy and Consistency in BI Tools - implement processes and checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within BI tools

Analyze Data to Support Business Decisions - perform data analysis to provide actionable insights and support strategic business decisions

Collaboration and Integration - work closely with
- functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with other systems and data sources

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing - document BI processes, workflows, and best practices, ensuring knowledge is effectively managed and accessible to all team members

Continuous Improvement - identify opportunities for improving BI processes and tools, and implement innovative solutions to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities

What You Bring

Demonstrated Experience in Dashboards Development: Proven track record in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights

Proficiency in Power BI: Strong skills in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Proactive and Curious Learner: A proactive, curious, and creative mindset, always eager to learn and explore new processes and tools to enhance BI capabilities

Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all BI tools and reports

Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
