Working Student Customer Support
Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Provide support for order management related activities;
- Create sales operations statistical Excel reports;
- Resolve customer complaints and manage email communications;
- Resolve tickets related to customer master data;
- Maintain accurate databases with required documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree;
- Great communication skills;
- Approach situations with an open and curious mind, taking on challenges with an eye for opportunity;
- Results and
- oriented and a
- active attitude; - Microsoft Office knowledge. Excel & Power
Point are a must; - English - good written and spoken language skills;
- Openness to learn new internal Bosch tools, such as S4Hana.
