We are seeking a student currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, who is enthusiastic about gaining practical experience on the finance side of the business. Assist
- functional teams with digitalization and automation initiatives, including supporting monitoring and basic data analysis.

Learn and support the use of digital tools from the Siemens Energy technology portfolio (such as BI tools, ETL tools, workflow automation platforms).

Support the creation and updating of interactive dashboards to visualize results and track project performance.

Gain exposure to SE Finance data models and related ETL processes through guided tasks and learning opportunities.

Prepare and organize data for AI/ML projects.

Test and document AI/ML models under supervision.

Monitor and summarize AI/ML project results to provide input for team discussions.

Prepare basic reports or summaries of findings for internal stakeholders.

Document project progress and lessons learned.

Support the team by documenting workflows, steps, and processes, ensuring records are clear and up to date.

Assist in creating internal guides, presentation materials, or summaries from workshops and
- sharing sessions.

Help coordinate with internal teams by gathering feedback and sharing updates, under the guidance of the project team.

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field.

Previous experience in internships or
- time roles related to data science, data analysis information technology, or automation is a plus.

Experience working on academic or personal projects involving AI/ML, automation, or data related fields is a plus.

Participation in tech communities, hackathons, or relevant student organizations.

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

Familiarity with automation, data analysis and business intelligence tools (, Alteryx, Power BI, Ui
Path, etc. ) and willingness to learn new tools.

Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts is a plus

Exposure to machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks is desirable

Proficiency in MS365 Office Suite and Apps (Excel, Word, Power
Point, Teams, Share
Point. ).

Structured and
- oriented approach to documentation and process management

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes efficiently

Good communication skills in English

Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
