Job Description

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly;
• Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment, make audits in canteen kitchen;

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to enrich your career development skills;
• Provide support in other areas of canteen services as needed;
• Monitoring the vending machines.

• Currently enrolled in a food engineer/ tourism/ business degree program at an acknowledged institution;
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude;
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic;
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team;
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety;
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
• Opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional setting;

• Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues;
• We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
• Interest in learning about processes from a catering services (HACCP/ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015/ ISO 22000:2018);
• Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
