Job Description
- Growth opportunity, joining various team projects, in order to improve your technical skills;

- Apply your theoretical knowledge from university in practice, being involved in support activates for catering services projects;
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly;
- Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment, make audits in canteen kitchen;
- Work collaboratively with other canteen staff and management;
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to enrich your career development skills;
- Provide support in other areas of canteen services as needed;
- Monitoring the vending machines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a food engineer/ tourism/ business degree program at an acknowledged institution;
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a
- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; - Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude;
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic;
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety;
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
- Opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional setting;
- Flexible working hours to accommodate academic schedules;
- Supportive and inclusive work environment;
- Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues;
- We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
- Interest in learning about processes from a catering services (HACCP/ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015/ ISO 22000:2018);
- Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
