Job Description
- Working
- Receptionist Assistant: - Ensures the identification and registration of all people entering the factory
- Performs the monthly demand for facility management department (FCM3) consumables
- Ensures confidentially for all Robert Bosch company information
- Is responsible for retrieving the incoming correspondence
- Is responsible for the proper correspondence flow
- Organizes correspondence transport with courier companies
- Takes over all telephone calls and redirects them accordingly
- Receives visitors and to guides them towards the visit place
- Archives facility management department documents
- Offers all necessary Info Point support
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Student / Master program student; in the administrative area;
- Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues;
- We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel);
- Be able to organize and carry out various activities simultaneously;
- Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
