Your day will involve consolidating data for impactful presentations, organizing meetings and workshops, and engaging with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Imagine being the key liaison who ensures projects meet defined standards from start to finish, all while honing your skills in a supportive and innovative environment. How You’ll Make an Impact

Coordinate and follow up on project activities, ensuring seamless execution.

Consolidate data to create compelling project slide deck presentations.

Organize and set up meetings and workshops, fostering collaboration.

Engage with project team members, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.

Assist in estimating budgets and scheduling projects, contributing to strategic planning.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook).

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and
- oriented approach.

Advanced English proficiency and
- cultural awareness.

Availability to work
- time.

Availability to travel up to 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
