Your attention to detail will ensure that critical documents related to payment milestones are provided to clients, while you also supervise the document flow process across departments. Understand customer requirements for document control, ensuring compliance with all standards.

Support the team by efficiently uploading documentation into internal systems and tracking their status.

Supervise the provision and acceptance of documents related to payment milestones, flagging critical items to the
- Project Manager.

Utilize an electronic document management system to index, store, and retrieve a variety of document types.

Prepare and update document control procedures, ensuring all departments adhere to accurate processes.

What You Bring

Knowledge of project management methods and a commitment to business success and customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.

Strong communication skills in both English and German.

Intercultural experience is a plus, along with a willingness to travel for business.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to document management.
