Summary:
As the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial compliance, collaborating with various departments and teams to achieve our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations Management: Supervise and lead the financial operations of the Shared Service Center, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established standards and procedures.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present periodic financial reports to reflect the financial performance of the comapany. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
3. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Collaborate with operational teams to develop realistic budgets and financial plans aligned with organizational objectives. Monitor and report actual performance against budgets.
4. Process Optimization and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of our operations.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations and monitor the financial risks of the company, implementing preventive and corrective measures where necessary.
Requirements:
1. Previous relevant experience in a similar position
2. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments.
4. Results-oriented and proactive in achieving established objectives.
5. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree (Master) or a professional certification (e. g. , ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
