Tok CE is seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Manager based in Bucharest to grow and lead the partnership with some of the top media agencies in both Romania and Hungary. As an Agency Partnership Manager, you will provide a

Tok’s advertising solutions to position Tik
Tok as a strategic partner and ally. Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate lasting partnerships with key advertising agencies and media agencies in the market with the goal of extending relationships and increasing advertisers' growth
- Educate the agencies on Tik
Tok's advertising solutions, including the increase in adoption of new product releases among clients.
- Working closely with team members and creating solutions for successful campaigns.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets, develop and execute a territory plan to drive penetration and account growth.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
- Use your deep understanding of brand management and online media experience to consult clients on Tik
Tok's media strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative,
- term approach to build productive relationships with agencies, in collaboration with the sales team
- Increase spend & product adoption across clients within your portfolio of agencies
- Serve as a product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Facilitate internal account operations including accounts set up etc.
- Plan and build compelling storylines and
- driven presentations that are customised to clients' business and problems.
- Work with the creative team, creating creative solutions and education programs for agencies.
- Work with the marketing team on B2B marketing activities for different industries.
- Work with the product team on feedback and suggestions of ad solutions, systems and tools.
- Work with all other
- functional teams to improve efficiency and build long term growth.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in ad sales marketing and development, or a related sales support function
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
- Must be passionate about social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and
- party ad tags
- Experience working with or for media agencies, with established
- level agency network
- Excellent verbal and written English and Romanian communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a
- paced environment
- Self-starter, fast learner with a
- do spirit and full ownership of the managed area Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with media agencies from Romania and Hungary (both big holdco's and independent)
- The ideal candidate should also be a confident communicator, and able to organize and process information from multiple parties during a campaign set up
