Agile Coach & SAFe-WS
What to expect:
Lead and facilitate the organization's agile transformation journey, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Assess the organization's current state of agility and identify areas for improvement. Develop a roadmap for agile adoption, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
Implement SAFe principles, practices, and roles across the organization to scale agile.
Facilitate the adoption of SAFe ceremonies and artifacts, such as PI planning, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
Train teams and leaders on SAFe practices and help them understand their roles and responsibilities within the framework.
Provide coaching and guidance to agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on agile principles and practices. Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily
- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Help teams overcome challenges and improve their agile practices through continuous learning and improvement.
Foster collaboration and alignment across teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to agile transformation.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between agile teams, product management, and other key stakeholders.
Align agile practices with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt. Facilitate retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Measure and track key agile metrics to assess the effectiveness of agile practices and identify opportunities for optimization.
Provide leadership and guidance to organizational leaders and executives on agile transformation strategies and best practices.
Support the development of agile champions and advocates within the organization.
What you bring along:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, IT Business and Digitalization, Management and Digital Technology, Information Systems Engineering or similar.
Proven work experience as a PM for digital/software projects, managing

- end project delivery.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a required experience of min. 3-5 years (History of facilitating, mentoring, collaborating, and building agile teams)
Proven experience leading, mentoring and offering daily feedback to grow your team.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
