Description and Requirements
We are seeking an APOS Services Sales Specialist to join our EMEA Services Sales team, focused on accelerating growth in our warranty renewals business. You will join an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team focused on a key part of our services business. You will be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of Lenovo’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. Depending on the specific segment, this could include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, the voice of the customer, and/or revenue retention motions (product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell, and expansion). You will be in charge of developing an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings. Your responsibility will be to effectively articulate the value of products or services to customers, with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts. You will report to the EMEA APOS Sales Manager based in Denmark, holding responsibility of sales results & cooperating with local sales teams based in the region of CENTRAL EAST EUROPE & CENTRAL ASIA (including Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bi
H, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tadzhikistan, Mongolia). Responsibilities:
