Position overview:

Join us in shaping the future of intelligent customer service tools. We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to lead the design and development of scalable AI-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions behind k
Bot – our
- code assistant that empowers support agents with fast, accurate information across languages and systems.

This role focuses on building robust backend services that integrate generative AI with enterprise data sources, using modern frameworks,
- native patterns, and LLM technologies. You’ll collaborate with
- functional teams in an Agile/Kanban setup, contributing to a globally scalable knowledge solution that enhances the productivity of our customer service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and components.
• Implement AI, and LLM frameworks, along with data processing tools, to enhance backend capabilities.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment to deliver
  - quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in the software development life cycle, security, and maintenance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• 2-5 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PHP.
• Strong proficiency in Postgre
  SQL.
• Hands-on experience with
  - native development, preferably in Azure (AWS or GCP experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD best practices.
• Expertise in API management, microservices architecture, and API authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc. ).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker for containerized and
  - based deployments.
• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions like LLMs and Vector Databases.
• Experience in frontend development (React) is a plus for
  - stack capability.
• Experience in C# and MS SQL is a plus
